The Bohannon family has owned property in Menlo Park and on the Peninsula for 80 years. Throughout these years, the Bohannons have worked hand-in-hand with elected leaders and community representatives to plan for Menlo Park’s successful future. As part of this effort, the Bohannons created Bohannon Industrial Park in order to bring new jobs and businesses into the community. Now, continuing in the spirit of its predecessor, the proposed Mixed-Use Office and Renaissance ClubSport establishes a powerful new model for 21st Century businesses in the service and technology industries.
Our project incorporates green and sustainable growth principles, is located near high-quality regional transportation hubs, including the future Dumbarton Rail Line. The project will generate significant revenue for the City of Menlo Park, which will allow the City to consider new services and programs and possibly restore services that have been cut in recent years.
